Candace R. Murbach, DO, attended Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan, and received her Doctor of Osteopathy degree in 1993. Furthermore, she conducted her residency in family medicine at the Lutheran Hospital of Indiana.
